  I have provided services to Bianchi Realty & Property Management for over three years. I own a Handyman business. It is important to me to work with professional, responsive people. Bianchi, is exactly that. As a vendor, I prefer to have a great relationship with my clients. I have experienced first hand, Bianchi has built a strong trusting relationship with me AND I have experienced often the great relationships they have with their clients as well.
  Whether you need property management services or a realtor, I highly recommend Bianchi Realty & Property Management.

  This is an absolutely unqualified recommendation for Robby King and Bianchi Realty. In my lifetime I have purchased and sold 15 separate homes and dealt with a variety of realtors in the process. Some were good and some were pretty mediocre.
  
  I have never dealt with anyone better than Robby. He not only excels at the normal activities as your realtor; his service beyond the sale is superb. He gets the details right, follows through on every task and request, and gives excellent advice. I am new to the area and he has been an outstanding resource on services well outside the normal real estate transaction. He definitely goes beyond to see that you get what you need and makes every effort to insure that the entire process proceeds smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone, and if I ever need the services of a realtor in the Tampa area, I won’t hesitate to call on him again.

  Bianchi realty is a great company. Our realtor was professional, knowledgeable, and a go-getter. We had a short time in town and he ensured we saw numerous units, even on Saturday and Sunday! Good thing too, the unit he showed us on Sunday was the perfect fit for us and we bought it. We received valuable assistance and support through closing and beyond. As new owners, we were pleased they gave us a return address stamp that we use repeatedly. A small but very thoughtful gesture. We also get email updates on market conditions that are informative. I will use Bianchi again and gladly refer them to others looking to buy or sell.

  My experience with Bianchi was excellent. I work in Property Management myself, and I must say Bianchi employees have been amazing. Chad went above and beyond for my daughter and I to help us get into our Condo quickly. We were living in a moldy apartment complex and Bianchi literally saved our lives. We were able to get approved and moved in within a few weeks. Our new home was clean and ready for us to move in. We are very happy. I would highly recommend using Bianchi Realty & Property Management. When we are ready to buy a home, we will definitely reach out to Bianchi. Thank you!

  Chad Pravlik did an OUTSTANDING job helping me find a house when I was in a time crunch.
  
  He was always super responsive and always made himself available to look at properties (even when the Bucs were playing in the playoffs!). He really went out of his way to help me negotiate the price on a property when the seller was hard to work with.
  
  Chad is very personable, professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market and I highly recommend him. There's no doubt in my mind that you will be as happy with his services as I was.
  
  I chose Bianchi Realty & Property Management because they have almost 40 years of real estate experience, they were responsive and professional as soon as I inquired about a property and the fact that they also do property management, which I may need down the road.
  
  Overall, I had a FANTASTIC experience with both Bianchi Realty and Chad!
